Executive Committee
Oversee operations of the Association in accordance with the policies and instructions of the Board of Directors; act on behalf of the Board during on-demand activities that occur between meetings, and these acts are later presented for full board review. Recommends to the Board of Directs new policies, changes in policy, or rescission of existing policies of the Association; establish an annual budget for the Association for approval by the Board of Directors.

Support the NAR by collecting voluntary political contributions to enhance the effectiveness of NAR's grassroots lobbying by mobilizing REALTORS®, as well as targeted segments of the general public, to gain the support of key legislators for the REALTORS®' position on a specific legislative objective. Professional Standards Committee
To advise and make recommendations to the Board of Directors on matters relating to the Code of Ethics; upon request, the Committee advises member boards on interpretations on the Code; upon receiving notice of lack of enforcement thereof by member boards, the Committee inquires into the situation, seeks remedial action and, if necessary, brings to the attention of the Board of Directors or the proper office of the Association in case of failure or refusal to enforce the Code.
