Coeur d'Alene Regional REALTORS®

History

The Coeur d’ Alene Regional REALTORS®(CRR) was founded in 1945 and represents almost 2,000 REALTORS engaged in the residential and commercial real estate business.  Through information, advocacy, education, outreach, and technology we are committed to supporting our members and the communities in which they serve.

CRR works diligently to preserve and enhance the rights and privileges of the owners of private property. Since its inception, CRR has worked successfully to advance homeownership, real estate investment, private property rights and the free enterprise system in Congress. The Association also exists to support and enhance the ability of members to succeed in their business in an ethical and competent manner.

The Association is governed by a leadership team comprised of a President, President-Elect, Treasurer, and a Board of Directors and is served by volunteer committees. An important aspect of the many successes earned by CRR over the years is through the dedication of these volunteers who have contributed countless hours to its advancement.

All CRR members belong to the state association, Idaho REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. By becoming a REALTOR®, members are designated by a registered trademark. The term REALTOR®, other derivatives of the word, and the “block ‘R’ logo" are limited to use by REALTORS®. Additionally, when an agent becomes a REALTOR®, he or she agrees to abide by the National Association of REALTORS®' Code of Ethics, which ensures the highest level of professionalism from each individual member. CRR, with support from the state and national associations, is charged with enforcement of the Code of Ethics and protection of the membership marks.
