Data Licencing
Agents
Your Vendor will request your the data license on your behalf at the Spark API Datamart. The Licensee(if applicable) and Broker will be sent a request to authorize the data license.
The vendor will reach out to obtain your MLS User ID. They will only need your Flexmls LOGIN name. DO NOT provide them with your password as it is not required!
Once your vendor requests the license in Spark and email will be sent to both he Broker and the Licensee titled: Review Approval Request and the email will be sent from DONOTREPLY@Sparkplatform.com. Monitor your email and verify in Flexmls under your profile that the email on file is your working email. This needs to be approved in a timely manor.
